Returns

Goods may be returned or exchanged within 180 days of purchase. Returned goods will be accepted if they arrive in their original condition with original packaging included. Goods will be credited at the price shown on the original invoice via your original payment method. Original postage costs are non-refundable for goods no longer required and this will be deducted from your return amount. If you are returning an item due to a fault of ours we will always refund the return postage charges, but please contact us beforehand to discuss the postage method. Returns and exchanges are usually processed within 5 working days of receipt.

HOW TO RETURN:

  1. Please contact us before returning your items to discuss the postage method.
  2. Please package your items securely and include the completed Returns Form (can be downloaded and printed above)
  3. Attach the address below to your parcel.
  4. Please obtain a proof of postage in case there is an issue with your return.
  5. Product condition should be new. Please get in touch with any queries or about faulty items.

If you don’t have access to a printer, please include all the information requested on a piece of paper inside your parcel.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
