Orders above £50 are sent via the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee next day delivery, although it is usually the case. If you urgently require your order, then we strongly suggest you select the Royal Mail Special Delivery option at the checkout. There is an additional charge for this service.

We are working hard to integrate with the Royal Mail and DHL at the checkout. For now, please add your items to the basket and contact us for a shipping quote at the checkout.
We use Royal Mail to ship most of our international orders. All orders are sent via their Tracked and Signed service where possible. Orders generally arrive within 4-10 days; however, this can be substantially delayed by customs. If no one is home, the item may be taken to your local sorting office.
UK Value Added Tax (VAT) Charges
We will automatically remove any applicable UK Value Added Tax (VAT) from your order during checkout once you select a shipping destination outside of United Kingdom or Isle of Man. You could be subject to import taxes, duties and fees once your parcel is received in your country. Typically the courier will contact you once the parcel has been received by your country’s customs.
Jersey and Guernsey for VAT purposes are considered outside of United Kingdom, so UK Vat will be removed from your order if shipping to these locations.
You can use the tracking number in the email we provide you from us to see when your order ships to find out its current status. Please allow up to 48 hours before requesting tracking information.
If you change your mind after placing an order on the website , please contact us immediately to cancel your order. We will issue a full refund provided your order has not been prepared and shipped. So contact us by mail within 24 hours since placing orders.
