Description
Citric Acid Pickle 250g
Use this citric acid pickle to remove firestain from heat treated and soldered silver and gold. Mix citric acid to water in the approx. ratio 1:5 and use warm 30-80°C for best results. Always add pickle to water, not water to pickle. Only use plastic tweezers in pickle.
Keep out of reach of children. Wash hands and surfaces thoroughly after handling. Wear protective gloves/clothing/eye protection/hand protection. Do not eat, drink, or smoke when using this product.
Avoid contact with eyes. If eye contact occurs, rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do. It eye irritation persists, seek medical attention.

Dispatch Times
We endeavour to dispatch all orders placed before 3pm on the same day (weekdays only, excluding bank holidays).
UK Mainland
- Orders below £50: Charged at £2.95 and typically sent via Royal Mail 24 or 24 Tracked service.
- Orders above £50: Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.
Please note that while next-day delivery is common, it cannot be guaranteed. If you urgently require your order, we strongly recommend selecting the Royal Mail Special Delivery option at checkout, which incurs an additional charge.

International
We are working to integrate with Royal Mail and DHL at checkout. For now, please add your items to the basket and contact us for a shipping quote at checkout.
Most international orders are shipped via Royal Mail’s Tracked and Signed service. Orders generally arrive within 4-10 days, but customs delays can occur. If no one is home, the item may be taken to your local sorting office.
UK Value Added Tax (VAT) Charges
We will automatically remove any applicable UK VAT from your order during checkout once you select a shipping destination outside the United Kingdom or Isle of Man.
You may be subject to import taxes, duties, and fees once your parcel arrives in your country. Typically, the courier will contact you once your parcel has been processed by customs.
For VAT purposes, Jersey and Guernsey are considered outside the United Kingdom, so UK VAT will be removed from orders shipping to these locations.
