How much will my delivery cost?
UK delivery starts at £2.95, and we offer free delivery when you spend over £50. We offer a guaranteed next day delivery service that starts at £7.95 and depends on the weight of your parcel.

How long will my delivery take to reach me?
We dispatch orders Monday-Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays. Orders placed before 3pm on a working day will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, or on a weekend, will be dispatched on the next working day. 

UK orders usually arrive in 1-2 working days. If you select the Special Delivery option, your order should arrive the next working day after dispatch.

International orders usually arrive in the following working days:
  • Europe: 4-10 working days
  • USA & Canada: 7-15 working days
  • Rest of the World: 10-20 working days
Please note these are only estimates, and international deliveries can occasionally take up to 30 days to arrive depending on the customs process. If your order isn’t with you after 30 days, please contact us.
How will my order be sent?
We send all UK orders on a 24 hour service as standard. Orders with a value of £23 or more will include a tracking number. Heavier items are sent via tracked courier.
International orders are sent on a Tracked or a Signed service with Royal Mail, depending on services available for your country. This will be handed over to your local postal service for delivery. Heavier items are sent via tracked courier.
What is a Special Order Item?
Some items including rarer watch parts are not held in stock. When we receive your order, we will order the part in for you and dispatch your order once it reaches us. This usually takes around 5-7 working days. Although we try to update older parts regularly, very occasionally we do find they are unfortunately discontinued or delayed when we go to order them in for you. If this happens, we will contact you straight away, and you will be entitled to a full refund.
We also have a few other items that are sent direct from our suppliers to you. Delivery times for this vary depending on supplier and are noted in the product descriptions of applicable products.
Where is my order?
If your order was sent using one of our Royal Mail tracked services, you can use your tracking number to follow its progress here.
If your delivery estimate has passed, please contact us.
Please allow us a few days to investigate any late orders. It is very rare that a parcel does go missing, but we will always offer to replace or refund if this should occur.
How do I return an item?

You have 180 days to return an item. If you have changed your mind, please send your unused items back to us using the service of your choice.
If we have made a mistake or you aren’t happy with the item you have received, please contact us.
I received a faulty or wrong item, or an item is missing
What forms of payment do you accept?
We offer payment via credit and debit card, Paypal, Klarna, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All options available are shown at checkout.

Can I pay over the phone?

You can pay over the phone during are operating hours Monday-Friday 9am-4pm, excluding Bank Holidays. Please call us on 01642 058107.

Please note we are a small team and occasionally we might not be able to answer the phone immediately.
Can I come and visit your store?
We don’t have a shop you can visit, however if you are in the Middlesbrough area and would like to collect your order from our warehouse, please contact us.

It is important you contact us first as we need to make sure your order is prepared for you. All payments must be made online or via phone.

Can I get a VAT receipt?
VAT receipts can be downloaded by logging into your account. Or, please contact us here.

Can you source a watch part for me?
We can definitely try! Please contact us here. Include as much information as possible about the part you need, including sizes and colours if required.

If you are looking for a Casio watch part, please include a clear image of the back of the watch which shows the model number. We will be able to advise the price and lead time if the part is available.
Why has my tool arrived covered in grease?
This helps the tool when in use, prevents rust from building and preserves the longevity of the item. The grease can be easily removed with warm water and regular dish soap.
