Free 180 Day Returns with Royal Mail

Please follow these steps
Create your return via the Royal Mail Returns Portal by filling in the required information. Your QR code / label will be emailed to you. Please drop your parcel off at your nearest Post Office, or arrange a collection (additional charges may apply).
Your parcel should be no more than 61cm (L) x 46cm (w) x 46cm (W) and weigh less than 20kg.
If your parcel is too big, please contact us.
RETURN & REFUND INFORMATION
Goods may be returned or exchanged within 180 days of delivery. Returned goods will be accepted if they arrive in their original condition with original packaging included. Goods will be credited at the price shown on the original invoice via your original payment method. Original postage costs are non-refundable for goods no longer required and this will be deducted from your return amount.
If you are returning an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us first and we will let you know if a return is needed. Returns and exchanges are usually processed within 10 working days of receipt.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
