When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 3pm GMT will be dispatched the same working day. 
Orders placed after 3pm GMT will be dispatched the following working day.
Our working days are Monday-Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).

UK Delivery Information
£3.50 or Free over £50
Orders valued below £23 will be sent on the Royal Mail 24 service which can take 1-2 working days. Please allow 2-3 days for non-mainland addresses. Orders sent on this service will be provided with a parcel reference number - this will update when your delivery is made, but will not show full tracking updates.
All other orders will be sent on the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service, which includes full tracking updates. Delivery is estimated in 1-2 working days (2-3 days for non-mainland addresses).
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee next day delivery, although it is usually the case.
If you urgently require your order, then we strongly suggest you select the Royal Mail Special Delivery option at the checkout. Prices start from £7.95, and increase based on the weight of the parcel.
Please note, certain bulky orders are excluded from our regular delivery options. Please read the individual product description to check if this is the case.

International Shipping
Please add all items to your basket to receive an accurate shipping quote. Some items cannot be sent through customs, including all liquids. If you are unable to check out, please ensure your basket does not contain restricted items.
Orders valued less than £10 will be sent on Royal Mail’s Standard International service which does not include tracking. You have the option to upgrade to a Tracked Service at checkout for an additional fee. Once the order arrives in your country, it will be handed over to your local postal service for delivery.
International orders are estimated to arrive in the following working days:
Europe: 4-7 working days
USA & Canada: 7-15 working days
Rest of World: 10-20 working days
However, this can be substantially delayed by customs. If no one is home, the item may be taken to your local sorting office. Please allow up to 30 days for all international orders to arrive, and if it still hasn't reached you by this point please get in touch.

Customs Fees, Duties & Taxes
We will automatically remove any applicable UK Value Added Tax (VAT) from your order during checkout once you select a shipping destination outside of the United Kingdom or Isle of Man.
Jersey and Guernsey for VAT purposes are considered outside of the United Kingdom, so UK VAT will be removed from your order if shipping to these locations.
Buyers are responsible for all import taxes, duties and fees. Once the parcel arrives in your country, the courier will typically contact you to advise the fees payable.
If you decide not to pay the customs fee when you receive your parcel, it will be returned to us. Only when we receive the parcel back will we refund the value of the items only and not the original shipping cost.
Important note for US customers: As of 29th August 2025, the US government is removing the threshold for low-value orders into the country, meaning that every parcel sent from the UK into the US will require tariffs paying. These will be added at checkout. Please note the US is no longer accepting some items into the country (e.g. steel tools) and these may need to be removed from your order. We will contact you before dispatch if this applies.
