Description
Durston Double D2 Stacked Combination Mill
The Double D2 Rolling Mill from Durston is a different mill featuring two sets of rolls; one for flat rolling (having side extension rollers incorporating four half rounds) and the other grooved for the square wire rolling.
The excellent gear ratios offer 7-1 load reduction on flat rolling and 3.5-1 for wire rolling, and enables a smooth manual operation with minimal effort. The extra-wide flat area means a full 130mm rolling surface is accessible, while the grooved rollers provider 19 square wire grooves ranging from 10mm to 1mm. The side extensions provide four half rounds in 4, 3, 2 and 1.5 mm. This mill is Durston’s first incorporating roller bearings.
For additional safety, all gearing is covered with plastic housing and the large, easy-read calibrated discs and guide plates ensure safe operation through this mill’s long lifetime.

Dispatch Times
We endeavour to dispatch all orders placed before 3pm on the same day (weekdays only, excluding bank holidays).
UK Mainland
- Orders below £50: Charged at £2.95 and typically sent via Royal Mail 24 or 24 Tracked service.
- Orders above £50: Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.
Please note that while next-day delivery is common, it cannot be guaranteed. If you urgently require your order, we strongly recommend selecting the Royal Mail Special Delivery option at checkout, which incurs an additional charge.

International
We are working to integrate with Royal Mail and DHL at checkout. For now, please add your items to the basket and contact us for a shipping quote at checkout.
Most international orders are shipped via Royal Mail’s Tracked and Signed service. Orders generally arrive within 4-10 days, but customs delays can occur. If no one is home, the item may be taken to your local sorting office.
UK Value Added Tax (VAT) Charges
We will automatically remove any applicable UK VAT from your order during checkout once you select a shipping destination outside the United Kingdom or Isle of Man.
You may be subject to import taxes, duties, and fees once your parcel arrives in your country. Typically, the courier will contact you once your parcel has been processed by customs.
For VAT purposes, Jersey and Guernsey are considered outside the United Kingdom, so UK VAT will be removed from orders shipping to these locations.
