Beadsmith Gilders Paste Wax 30ml
- Tin contains 30ml of Gilders Paste
This wax-based medium can be used to add non-fading colour or a gilded finish to materials such as Metal Castings, Filigree, Brass Stampings, Ceramics, Wood, Etched Glass, Polymer Clay, Resin and more! It can be applied as-is to clean, dry, oil-free surfaces with a cloth, cotton swab, sponge, your finger...or thin it with paint thinner to create a paste, paint, stain or wash. Smooth surfaces should be slightly roughened with fine grit sand paper or steel wool before application. Gilders Paste dries to the touch in 10-15 minutes and completely dries in 12 hours with no tacky residue. One tin of Gilders Paste covers over 30 square feet of surface area. Choose from 20+ UV resistant colours which can be layered to create stunning and unique finishes and textures! With three stir sticks.
Please note: Sometimes the paste can appear slightly torn or shrunken inside the tin. This is normal and the product is still good. Use a small amount of paint thinner and mix with the gilders paste using the spatula included. This can be done over and over again.

Dispatch Times
We endeavour to dispatch all orders placed before 3pm on the same day (weekdays only, excluding bank holidays).
UK Mainland
- Orders below £50: Charged at £3.50 and typically sent via Royal Mail 24 or 24 Tracked service.
- Orders above £50: Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.
Please note that while next-day delivery is common, it cannot be guaranteed. If you urgently require your order, we strongly recommend selecting the Royal Mail Special Delivery option at checkout, which incurs an additional charge.

International
We are working to integrate with Royal Mail and DHL at checkout. For now, please add your items to the basket and contact us for a shipping quote at checkout.
Most international orders are shipped via Royal Mail’s Tracked and Signed service. Orders generally arrive within 4-10 days, but customs delays can occur. If no one is home, the item may be taken to your local sorting office.
UK Value Added Tax (VAT) Charges
We will automatically remove any applicable UK VAT from your order during checkout once you select a shipping destination outside the United Kingdom or Isle of Man.
You may be subject to import taxes, duties, and fees once your parcel arrives in your country. Typically, the courier will contact you once your parcel has been processed by customs.
For VAT purposes, Jersey and Guernsey are considered outside the United Kingdom, so UK VAT will be removed from orders shipping to these locations.
