Description
Dry Separation Enamel Powder 10g
Separation Enamel is painted in a linear design over 2-3 coats of pre-fired transparent and/or opaque enamels, with transparents being the final coat. When fired, the separation enamel changes the viscosity of the area producing a flowing or spreading effect, somewhat similar to a marbleised or blooming effect. Dry and fire at 1450°-1550°F for 2-5 minutes. (787°-843°C).
Supplied in 10g quantity of dry powder. To use, mix with an ash-free oil (such as the A-4 Squeegee Oil). A little water can be added to alter the consistency. We suggest mixing to a honey consistency. Pieces usually require counter enamelling first.
After application, allow the piece to fully dry before firing. The red-colour of the separation enamel should disappear completely after a successful firing.

UK Mainland
- Orders below £50: Charged at £2.95 and typically sent via Royal Mail 24 or 24 Tracked service.
- Orders above £50: Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.
Please note that while next-day delivery is common, it cannot be guaranteed. If you urgently require your order, we strongly recommend selecting the Royal Mail Special Delivery option at checkout, which incurs an additional charge.

International
We are working to integrate with Royal Mail and DHL at checkout. For now, please add your items to the basket and contact us for a shipping quote at checkout.
Most international orders are shipped via Royal Mail’s Tracked and Signed service. Orders generally arrive within 4-10 days, but customs delays can occur. If no one is home, the item may be taken to your local sorting office.
UK Value Added Tax (VAT) Charges
We will automatically remove any applicable UK VAT from your order during checkout once you select a shipping destination outside the United Kingdom or Isle of Man.
You may be subject to import taxes, duties, and fees once your parcel arrives in your country. Typically, the courier will contact you once your parcel has been processed by customs.
For VAT purposes, Jersey and Guernsey are considered outside the United Kingdom, so UK VAT will be removed from orders shipping to these locations.
