Jeweller's Mitre Jig, 45° & 90°
Use this mitre jig to hold pieces of wire and tubing in place, allowing them to then be filed or cut to accurate 45° or 90° angles. This time-saving tool allows you to create precise angles, producing a professional finish on soldered joins and seams.
The mitre vice is suitable for wires and tubes of the following maximum dimensions:
- 45° = flat wire 6mm thick, round wire 6.5mm
- 90° = flat wire 8mm thick, round wire 9mm
The maximum width capacity for all flat wires is 25mm. The knurled knobs are used to loosen and tighten the jig, securing your wire in place.

Dispatch Times
We endeavour to dispatch all orders placed before 3pm on the same day (weekdays only, excluding bank holidays).
UK Mainland
- Orders below £50: Charged at £2.95 and typically sent via Royal Mail 24 or 24 Tracked service.
- Orders above £50: Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.
Please note that while next-day delivery is common, it cannot be guaranteed. If you urgently require your order, we strongly recommend selecting the Royal Mail Special Delivery option at checkout, which incurs an additional charge.

International
We are working to integrate with Royal Mail and DHL at checkout. For now, please add your items to the basket and contact us for a shipping quote at checkout.
Most international orders are shipped via Royal Mail’s Tracked and Signed service. Orders generally arrive within 4-10 days, but customs delays can occur. If no one is home, the item may be taken to your local sorting office.
UK Value Added Tax (VAT) Charges
We will automatically remove any applicable UK VAT from your order during checkout once you select a shipping destination outside the United Kingdom or Isle of Man.
You may be subject to import taxes, duties, and fees once your parcel arrives in your country. Typically, the courier will contact you once your parcel has been processed by customs.
For VAT purposes, Jersey and Guernsey are considered outside the United Kingdom, so UK VAT will be removed from orders shipping to these locations.
