Steel & Aluminium Ring Mandrels & 32 Ring Set
The PrecisionFit™ system is used by individual jewellers through to large, multiple chains. The PrecisionFit™ Aluminium Marked Ring Mandrel is lightweight for secure handling and use in busy showrooms, weighing in at just 0.4KG. The matching hardened steel mandrel weighs in at 1KG and is ideal for the workshop, providing consistent ring sizing between ‘front of house’ and the bench.
The PrecisionFit™ system ensures your A-Z ring sizing is right every time – no more cross-referencing with inaccurate ring sizers and mandrels. PrecisionFit™ mandrels and ring gauges are made to International Standard ISO 8653 & crafted from precision-engineered aluminium. Machined, hardened, ground & engraved to a perfect finish at our UK factory, to ensure 100% accuracy. Each mandrel is put through our rigorous PrecisionFit™ Quality Control System to ensure accurate A-Z sizing. All PrecisionFit™ mandrels are created with ergonomically designed handles to provide a firm and comfortable grip. Don’t settle for less than PrecisionFit™.
The accompanying PrecisionFit™ 32 Ring Set (A-Z 6) of steel rings perfectly fits and accompanies the aluminium and steel ring mandrels. They are manufactured from steel with a diameter of 75mm, and a weight of 0.1kg and each ring is machined to a perfect size and review through our PrecisionFit™ Quality Control processes to ensure a perfect fit every time.
Delivery & Returns
Dispatch Times
We endeavour to dispatch all orders placed before 3pm on the same day (weekdays only, excluding bank holidays).
UK Mainland
- Orders below £50: Charged at £2.95 and typically sent via Royal Mail 24 or 24 Tracked service.
- Orders above £50: Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.
Please note that while next-day delivery is common, it cannot be guaranteed. If you urgently require your order, we strongly recommend selecting the Royal Mail Special Delivery option at checkout, which incurs an additional charge.

International
We are working to integrate with Royal Mail and DHL at checkout. For now, please add your items to the basket and contact us for a shipping quote at checkout.
Most international orders are shipped via Royal Mail’s Tracked and Signed service. Orders generally arrive within 4-10 days, but customs delays can occur. If no one is home, the item may be taken to your local sorting office.
UK Value Added Tax (VAT) Charges
We will automatically remove any applicable UK VAT from your order during checkout once you select a shipping destination outside the United Kingdom or Isle of Man.
You may be subject to import taxes, duties, and fees once your parcel arrives in your country. Typically, the courier will contact you once your parcel has been processed by customs.
For VAT purposes, Jersey and Guernsey are considered outside the United Kingdom, so UK VAT will be removed from orders shipping to these locations.
