Description
Durston Cast Iron Ring Mandrel Holder
This is the Durston Ring Mandrel Holder, made of cast iron to provide a sturdy and robust base for mandrel work. It has two drill holes to bolt onto your bench, and it is designed to hold your ring mandrels securely while you work.
The ring mandrel holder has three notches to hold the base of the ring mandrel and a supporting hole and cut out to support the tip of the ring mandrel. This provides a stable base to work flat (through the hole) or in a raised position (using the cut out) to provide an angle to turn and work on the ring through 360.
What is so useful about this tool is that it provides zero movement in the ring mandrel as you hammer or work the ring, enabling you to turn and work with no bounce back. It is designed to fit with all sizes of ring mandrels and can make a significant difference to your working conditions, providing increased security from slips or damage.

Dispatch Times
We endeavour to dispatch all orders placed before 3pm on the same day (weekdays only, excluding bank holidays).
UK Mainland
- Orders below £50: Charged at £3.50 and typically sent via Royal Mail 24 or 24 Tracked service.
- Orders above £50: Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.
Please note that while next-day delivery is common, it cannot be guaranteed. If you urgently require your order, we strongly recommend selecting the Royal Mail Special Delivery option at checkout, which incurs an additional charge.

International
We are working to integrate with Royal Mail and DHL at checkout. For now, please add your items to the basket and contact us for a shipping quote at checkout.
Most international orders are shipped via Royal Mail’s Tracked and Signed service. Orders generally arrive within 4-10 days, but customs delays can occur. If no one is home, the item may be taken to your local sorting office.
UK Value Added Tax (VAT) Charges
We will automatically remove any applicable UK VAT from your order during checkout once you select a shipping destination outside the United Kingdom or Isle of Man.
You may be subject to import taxes, duties, and fees once your parcel arrives in your country. Typically, the courier will contact you once your parcel has been processed by customs.
For VAT purposes, Jersey and Guernsey are considered outside the United Kingdom, so UK VAT will be removed from orders shipping to these locations.
