Durston’s massive capacity Agile C165 continues the Durston tradition of super strong design to support each load effortlessly, with no compromise on quality. You’ll find 5 half-rounds as part of the main roller with a huge 85mm flat area and 11 square grooves.
The Agile C165 matches the rest of the Durston range with rolls that are specially induction hardened to 64 RC and the main barrel to a depth of 6mm, giving you a lifetime of service. Durstons are proud to manufacture all our rolling mills in-house to ensure strict quality control. We machine, harden and grind the rolls in our High Wycombe factory. The bearing blocks are fully supported, self-lubricating and completely maintenance-free – giving the best possible rolled finish.
Durston’s unrivalled five-to-one gearbox makes for easy turning, while behind the cover, you’ll find two specially formed gears to make rolling even smoother. Safety features include a protective guard around the top gears.

Dispatch Times
We endeavour to dispatch all orders placed before 3pm on the same day (weekdays only, excluding bank holidays).
UK Mainland
- Orders below £50: Charged at £2.95 and typically sent via Royal Mail 24 or 24 Tracked service.
- Orders above £50: Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.
Please note that while next-day delivery is common, it cannot be guaranteed. If you urgently require your order, we strongly recommend selecting the Royal Mail Special Delivery option at checkout, which incurs an additional charge.

International
We are working to integrate with Royal Mail and DHL at checkout. For now, please add your items to the basket and contact us for a shipping quote at checkout.
Most international orders are shipped via Royal Mail’s Tracked and Signed service. Orders generally arrive within 4-10 days, but customs delays can occur. If no one is home, the item may be taken to your local sorting office.
UK Value Added Tax (VAT) Charges
We will automatically remove any applicable UK VAT from your order during checkout once you select a shipping destination outside the United Kingdom or Isle of Man.
You may be subject to import taxes, duties, and fees once your parcel arrives in your country. Typically, the courier will contact you once your parcel has been processed by customs.
For VAT purposes, Jersey and Guernsey are considered outside the United Kingdom, so UK VAT will be removed from orders shipping to these locations.
