Can You Source a Part for My Seiko Watch?

Maddisons of Durham stocks a wide range of genuine Seiko watch parts and may be able to help you find replacement components for both current and discontinued models.

Unlike many watch brands, Seiko parts are typically identified using the watch's case number rather than the model number. Providing the correct reference information is therefore essential if you need our help locating a part.

What Information Do We Need?

To help us identify the correct part, please provide:

  • The case number from the back of the watch (for example, 7S26-0020 or V157-0BT0)
  • The part you require (such as a crown, crystal, bezel, bracelet, clasp, or movement)

The case number is usually engraved on the back of the watch and consists of two groups of characters separated by a hyphen.

Sending Photos

If you are unsure of the case number or need help identifying a part, please send us:

  • A clear photograph of the back of the watch
  • A photograph of the front of the watch
  • Close-up photographs of the part that requires replacement

These images can often help us confirm compatibility and identify the correct replacement part.

Please email photographs to info@maddisonsofdurham.co.uk

With this information, we can usually determine whether a genuine replacement part is available and help you find the correct component for your watch.

Availability of Genuine Seiko Parts

Many genuine Seiko parts remain available for current and recent models. However, Seiko periodically discontinues parts for older watches, and some may no longer be obtainable from the manufacturer.

In some cases, we may be able to suggest a suitable alternative if the original part is no longer available. We might require more information which we will detail for you if required.
