If you are unable to locate the reference number or are unsure which information is required, please send us:

- Close-up photographs of the part you need to replace

Availability of Genuine Citizen Parts
Many genuine Citizen parts remain available for current and recent models. However, parts for older watches may have been discontinued by the manufacturer and can no longer be supplied.
