Maddisons of Durham stocks hundreds of genuine Casio watch parts and is one of the UK's largest authorised Casio parts suppliers.
Casio watches are generally designed to make replacement parts easy to identify and fit, provided you have the correct model information.
To help us identify the part you need, please provide:
- The model number engraved on the back of your watch
- The part you require (for example, strap, bezel, battery cover, or pusher)
- The colour of the part, where relevant
If we do not currently have the part in stock, we may be able to order something in from you direct from Casio. To check availability, please send us a clear photograph of the back of your watch showing the model number. You can email this to us at info@maddisonsofdurham.co.uk
Here is an example of where the model number is located. In this example, the model number is DW-5600CS.
Please note that many parts for older Casio watches have now been discontinued by the manufacturer, particularly models produced before 2000. Unfortunately, if a part has been discontinued, we will be unable to obtain a replacement.
Casio Battery Identification
If you need a replacement battery, the most reliable method is to open the case back and check the battery currently fitted inside the watch.
The battery number is usually printed directly on the battery and can then be matched to a suitable replacement.
